What Blitzen got for his Birthday

Well, turning the big Five-O this year came as a bit of a shock but it hasn't slowed me down. The festive season will be one big party again.   Particularly the 26th December which is always a huge blast in the Reindeer Social Clubhouse.

What a pleasant (?) surprise this year to get my little gift from my department. Who knew that Bowel Cancer Screening could be such a big issue. One reminder later and I've done my bit for preventative health. No photos for the blog though!  Rudolph has drawn a line in the sand and won't let me cross it.  Well - maybe just this one. 

 Still it's nice to know that the government cares about my plumbing. 

Funny thing about the public service. Nobody wants it and everybody needs it!  Now that all the senior reindeer are in government employ, we'll be trying to change the attitude of the community to recognize the contribution we all make to public health. So keep an eye out for your next 'gift package'.
