Meet Rudolph's mother

Hi. I'm Mitzi and I'm Rudolph's mother. I love knitting, reading, fruit cake and a lovely cup of tea.

I recently celebrated my 65th birthday and was delighted to learn that I can receive a number of services to assist me in living at home.

The North Pole Meals on Wheels delivers delicious meals to my home. The North Pole HACC service helps keep the house clean, transports me to medical appointments and as the North Pole is located in a very remote and isolated area, it's great to receive Social Support and Centre Based Day Care where I have made many new friends!

I have a wonderful carer, my son Rudolph. However sometimes he needs a rest from caring for me especially when he is busy helping Santa. I will be going to the North Pole Respite Centre on the 24th December for the night.

One day I might need to go into the North Pole Residential Nursing Home. I hear that it has ESS places - a nice red wine with dinner, yes please!
